Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are generally not available once a project has commenced. Read the full policy below.
1. General Policy
Macropage primarily provides custom software and technology services. Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be considered when: • Work has not started • Duplicate payment was made • Billing error occurred
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable: • Software development • Website development • Mobile app development • WhatsApp API setup • AI integrations • ERP implementation • CRM implementation • Business automation services • Consulting fees • Third-party license fees
4. Cancellation Process
Cancellation requests must be sent to: info@macropage.in
5. Partial Refunds
If approved, refunds will be calculated after deducting: • Work completed • Platform fees • Licensing costs • Administrative costs
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days.
