Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs how Macropage processes personal and business data on behalf of its clients, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

2. Purpose
This DPA governs processing of personal and business data by Macropage on behalf of clients. Applicable to WhatsApp API, ERP, CRM, AI Integrations, Automation Systems, and Software Services.
3. Categories of Data
May include: • Customer names • Phone numbers • Email addresses • Business records • CRM data • ERP data • WhatsApp communications • Support records
4. Processing Activities
Macropage may: • Store data • Process data • Transfer data • Analyze data • Automate workflows Only as required to provide services.
5. Security Measures
Macropage shall implement reasonable safeguards including: • Access controls • Encryption where appropriate • Secure hosting • Monitoring and logging
6. Subprocessors
Macropage may engage: • Cloud providers • Hosting providers • Communication providers • AI service providers To deliver services.
7. Data Breach Notification
Macropage will notify clients of known data breaches within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Data Retention
Data shall be retained only as long as necessary for: • Service delivery • Legal obligations • Contractual obligations
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: • Obtaining consent • Providing privacy notices • Compliance with applicable laws
10. International Transfers

11. Termination
Upon termination, data may be returned or deleted according to contractual obligations and applicable law.
